Payments of accounts for Mrs J L C Geh

All patients who are new or who return after a lapse of one year will be charged the fee of £330 for a 30 minute consultation.

Follow up fees are £250 for a 15 minute consultation.  Fees for further visits and follow ups will be confirmed once you have had a new patient consultation for full assesment.  As all patient needs differ, you will be billed according to your individual needs.

Payments and collections for self pay hospital packages can be made via the individual hospitals.  You will be advised preoperatively of this, if it applies to you,  Usually BMI hospitals will quote and collect on these packages.  HCA and St Thomas' will usually bill self pay patients seperately to consultant fees.

For self pay minor operations, patients should expect SEPARATE bills from the surgeon, the histopathologist and the hospital for use of their facilities / nurses / dressings.

Self pay in-patients or theatre daycase patients should expect an invoice from the hospital prior to admission.

Insured patients should seek insurance preauthorisations for the surgery codes as advised by the surgeon preoperatively.

These will be specific to your condition, Please do let the secretary know if you need these codes, in the event that they are not given to you preoperatively in your letter.

From the 1st December 2018, any remaining fees and invoices will remain payable to Mrs JLC Geh via Gehsurgical Ltd.

A patient is registered and charged as a new patient if they present with:

a new problem and have been referred back by their GP/specialist or self with a new letter of referral

Patients who have not be seen within twelve months of their last visit, but who have the same clinical condition are also registered as a new patients

Patients attending for a one off full skin check are usually charged as a new patient.

Patients attending for surveillance as part of a treatment programme are charged as a follow up.

Please note that all patients would be given a personalised quote after an initial new patient consultation.
